About the Company
Who we are

An independent
advisor built
for operations.

Fortune Equipment Group helps companies build a clear, measurable and sustainable system for managing equipment — from operational processes to internal regulations and control. We operate at the intersection of operational management, analytics and process optimisation, so your equipment delivers maximum return at minimum loss.

Our role
Purely advisory. We carry no commercial interest in equipment — no sales, no leasing, no repairs. Our only stake is your operational performance.
01
As-is analysis
Capture the current picture
We document the real state of your operations — how equipment is used, maintained and governed — without assumptions.
02
Diagnostics
Identify bottlenecks & losses
We trace where time, money and capacity disappear — pinpointing root causes rather than symptoms.
03
To-be design
Model how it should work
We design a target operating model — practical, achievable and tailored to your structure, not a template.
04
Implementation
Drive change with clarity
We translate recommendations into a concrete roadmap with milestones and metrics, so progress is visible at every step.

Mission & Approach
Our mission

Raise equipment
efficiency through
transparent processes,
precise metrics &
controlled procedures.

We don't chase improvements in isolation. Every engagement is structured around clarity of measurement — because what isn't tracked can't be improved, and what isn't improved quietly costs you.

01
Independence
Our recommendations carry no commercial bias — we have no stake in equipment sales or services. Your operational interest is the only one on the table.
02
Practicality
We propose only what can be implemented. No theory for theory's sake — every recommendation maps to a real action your team can take.
03
Measurability
Every step is tied to a metric and a target. You always know what we're optimising for, how far you've come, and what comes next.
04
Systemics
We don't fix isolated actions. We optimise the entire process chain — so improvements compound rather than cancel each other out.
Four principles. One purpose: equipment that earns its place.
04

How We Work

Four stages.
One coherent
engagement.

Our process

Every engagement follows the same disciplined structure — from the first interview to the final roadmap. Each stage builds on the last, so nothing is assumed and every recommendation is grounded in evidence.

1
Stage 01
Discovery & Data Collection
Understanding the real picture
  • Interviews with key stakeholders
  • Collection of documents, regulations & reports
  • Identification of goals and constraints
2
Stage 02
Diagnostics — As-Is
Mapping the current state
  • Process modelling and visualisation
  • Equipment utilisation assessment
  • Root-cause analysis of losses & gaps
3
Stage 03
Solutions & To-Be Model
Designing what should be
  • Recommendations and process standards
  • Metrics, KPIs and control checkpoints
  • Expected impact and risk assessment
4
Stage 04
Implementation Plan
From insight to action
  • 30 / 60 / 90-day roadmap (or custom horizon)
  • Responsibility zones and ownership map
  • Templates & documents to launch change
Week 1–2 · Kick-off
Week 2–4 · Analysis
Week 4–6 · Design
Week 6–8 · Handover
"Each stage produces a concrete deliverable — not just a slide deck. You leave every meeting knowing exactly what was found, what it means, and what happens next."

Why Fortune Equipment Group · FAQ
Our difference

Why work
with us?

We don't sell equipment. We don't repair it. We don't lease it. Our only product is clarity — and a path forward that your team can actually follow.

01
Operations-only focus
Pure advisory — no equipment sales, no leasing, no service. Our attention stays entirely on how your operations can be improved.
02
Clear project structure
From diagnostics to implementation — every engagement follows a defined structure with milestones, deliverables and no ambiguity.
03
Realistic solutions
Recommendations are designed around your actual resources and team capacity. No blueprints that look good on paper but stall in reality.
04
Transparency & measurability
We fix a baseline before anything else, then tie every recommendation to a target metric — so progress is always visible and verifiable.
Common questions

Frequently
asked.

Still have a question? We're happy to talk through your situation before any engagement.

Ask us directly
No. We work exclusively as independent consultants and provide recommendations only. We have no commercial interest in any equipment product or service — which is precisely what makes our advice objective.
We support implementation methodologically — through the plan, standards, control checkpoints and team training. Physical work or equipment servicing is not within our scope.
It depends on the scope. A targeted diagnostic can be completed in 2–3 weeks. A full optimisation and implementation cycle typically runs 6–10 weeks. We scope the timeline together before starting.
Ideally: regulations, utilisation and downtime reports, an equipment list, and a description of roles and process structure. If this data doesn't exist yet, we start with interviews and reconstruct the picture from scratch.

What clients say

"Before engaging Fortune Equipment Group, we had no real visibility into why our excavator fleet kept losing three to four hours per shift. They came in, mapped every process without disrupting operations, and delivered a report that finally put numbers to something we'd been guessing at for years. The implementation plan was something our team could actually execute."

DH
Daniel Hargrove
VP of Operations, Hargrove Aggregates Inc.
Construction · Texas

"I appreciated that they came in as true advisors — no agenda tied to equipment sales, no preferred vendor to push. The as-is mapping they produced for our packaging line revealed two bottlenecks we'd normalised. Six weeks after implementing their recommendations, downtime dropped by 31%."

SR
Sandra Reinholt
Director of Manufacturing, Clearfield Foods LLC
Manufacturing · Ohio

"What sets them apart is the discipline of the process. Every stage produced a deliverable. Every recommendation had a metric attached. We used to talk about improving our maintenance cycle — now we have a standard, checkpoints, and a team that knows exactly what's expected. That shift is hard to overstate."

MT
Marcus T. Ellwood
Chief Operating Officer, Ellwood Logistics Group
Logistics · Georgia

"We were skeptical of consultants after a few bad experiences. Fortune Equipment Group changed that. They asked the right questions, listened longer than we expected, and didn't try to over-engineer a solution. The 90-day roadmap they produced was pragmatic — and we hit every milestone."

KW
Katherine Winslow
Plant Manager, Winslow Precision Components
Industrial · Michigan

"Our biggest problem wasn't broken equipment — it was broken process around the equipment. Fortune Equipment Group identified that within the first week of discovery. The clarity they brought to our internal procedures was worth the entire engagement fee on its own. Highly recommend for any ops team flying blind."
